Wait, have we seen this before?

Sometimes news events have this merry-go-round effect. You know what we are talking about? It feels like certain news events are on repeat and somewhere somebody is on standby ready to press play so everything can happen all over again and just repeat itself (spooky fairground music included). Like with Amanda Bynes or Lindsay Lohan or the Oscar saga!

Round and around and around it goes.

A day before the Paralympic athlete Oscar Pistorius was due to appear in the dock for a pre-trial hearing, Reeva Steenkamp's parents made some explosive revelations in a documentary that was aired on Channel 5 in Britain on Monday night.

In the documentary Reeva’s parents also revealed more personal details of Oscar and Reeva’s relationship. This morning Oscar was back in court. Seeing the footage was like having a kind of Déjà vu. From the suit Oscar was wearing to the expression on his face – it all felt eerily familiar.

The court case hardly lasted 10 minutes and was postponed until 19 August for further investigation. That date also happens to be the anniversary of Reeva’s birthday. Is it unfair to say that we already know what awaits us when the trial starts again? Well, we will just have to wait and see.

Until then, we have loads more super fresh celebrity stories that will tickle your mind and have you gasping in shock over the ridiculous things they get up to.

Until next week then,
