Cape Town - Jimmy Nevis released his sophomore album, The Masses, on Monday.
The album comes after the release of his latest single, Day Dream, in October.
Driven by how the music feels as opposed to its sound, together with a dreamy, tribal and urban edge to its production, The Masses still portrays signature Jimmy qualities such as gospel undertones, quirky lyrics, soulful vocals and catchy melodies.
Channel24 Night asked Jimmy to tell us 5 things about himself that nobody knows:
1) I hike on a regular basis.
2) I'm not a fan of snakes and geckos.
3) I am obsessed with Lindt Chocolate.
4) I only saw "The Lion King" for the 1st time last year.
5) My car got towed away after the Rihanna concert late last year. It was a long night.
