Los Angeles - Investigators have released these images that show the extent of the damage to the vehicles involved in a fatal crash that left comedian Tracy Morgan in a critical condition.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) documented the damage using 3D laser scanning technology to show the Peterbilt combination truck driven by Kevin Roper and the Mercedes-Benz limo van in which Morgan was travelling when the crash happened in Cranbury, New Jersey on 7 June.
The preliminary report reveals that Roper was speeding when his truck rear-ended the limo.
Morgan, 45, suffered broken ribs, a broken nose and a broken leg and remains in hospital.
His friend, comedian James McNair was killed.
The NTSB report said the 2011 Peterbilt truck owned and operated by Walmart was speeding at 65 mph (105km/h) for the 60 seconds before the crash.
