Hamptons – Was the nasty fight between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick staged for their show, Kourtney And Khloe Take The Hamptons?

The reality TV couple was seen holding hands and smiling while going out for dinner in the Hamptons.

During a dramatic scene for the show a pregnant Kourtney reportedly kicked Scott out of their $14m holiday pad because of his wild party nights.

But recent paparazzi pics show that there seems to be absolutely no sign of trouble in paradise.
