Cape Town – Justin Bieber is sticking to his "no photo" policy and gave the paparazzi the finger to make sure they get the point.
The Love Yourself hitmaker was spotted arriving at Nobu in NYC a couple of hours before he was scheduled to perform at Madison Square Garden for the final US show of his tour.
He seemed unimpressed by his fans and photographers awaiting his arrival.
