Cape Town – A few years ago a bright new band called THIEVE sprung from Bellville. From the get-go they were in the business of good times and making music that they liked, which meant they experimented with their sound some.
What started off as a Pop Rock sound in 2008 morphed into its current form - Gutter Pop.
Throughout the years they released new material sporadically, as they were all wrapped up in other bands and various musical endeavours. They now feel that they've grown into the best version that THIEVE can be.
THIEVE are: Andrew Davenport (AKING), Fred Den Hartog (Die Heuwels Fantasties) and new addition, Sheldon Yoko (also drummer for Die Heuwels Fantasties).
