'I'll subscribe to TopTV's porn channels'

This Channel24 user says he's had enough with people telling him what he can and cannot watch.
TopTV
I just wish to state the following:

In our constitution it is written that every person can watch what they want, including porn, as long it does not involve children or animals.

Now TopTV wants to air porn channels, and the government is against it.

I have read somewhere that (I think it is the film and publication board) if you want to see porn, you must go to the shop and buy, rent it.

My question is where do I get this? The nearest place I can get hold of porn is some 200km away. If TopTV shows porn, I will be able to watch something useful as the SABC do not show anything worthwhile regarding porn. (I don't know when last I saw a breast on SABC.)

e.tv sometimes show something, but is so-so, not the real deal.

DStv also wanted to air porn a while ago, but did not.

Now TopTV want to show porn and again the government and a few small-minded persons want to decide what I must watch and what I cannot watch. It looks like we are in the aparteid era again, where the government want to decide (against the constitution) what I can and connot do. I also think these small minded persons' children are the ones who have access to porn, liquor, etc.

I also think that parents are too afraid of their children or do not have the time to inform their children about sex and therefore the pregnancy rate is very high in children (They do not have time, because they need the time to decide what I can watch).

The problem is the hearing is in Gauteng where the most porn shops are situated, but what about us in the rural areas? I also just saw on the internet that the meeting was scheduled for 17 January 2012, but it was only advertised in the government gazette. And only those against the porn channels read this.

If TopTV will be allowed to air the porn channels, I will be one of the first to subscribe to it. I salute TopTV for theirbold endeavour to show us what we want and hope they will be allowed to air these channels. I think the way TopTV will encode the channels, it is only the parents that are to blame if they (the children) have access to these channels.

Viva, TopTV, VIVA!
