5 hot TV shows starting tonight

The Simpsons

Season 27 of our favourite animated Springfield residents in The Simpsons returns for double episodes at 17:00 and 17:30. The last time we saw Homer and his family, Lisa and her friends went to the Springfield Elementary mathlete competition and took first prize.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow

The time-travelling Legends Of Tomorrow team stopped the evil Savage from turning back time to 1700BC and then got an ominous warning from a scientist from the future. Unfortunately for the team, they end up being scattered across time and in season 2 it's up to Hourman (played by Suits hottie Patrick J. Adams) to reunite them.

Divorce

The last time Sarah Jessica Parker graced our screens was in the hit series and movies Sex & The City. Now she's back taking on the more dramatic role as Frances in dramedy series Divorce. Frances is involved in a messy divorce from her hubby Robert but a nasty twist is waiting just around the corner.

Action series Rizzoli & Isles is back for season 7 on M-Net (DStv channel 101) at 21:20. Previously, Jane tracked down the person who'd been causing trouble in her life.
