Cape Town – Our favourite local Food Network queen is back with a brand new flavourful show!

Siba’s Table Fast Feasts was filmed in South Africa and showcases five fast and fabulous feasts prepared by Siba Mtongana.

The meals are easy to prepare with clever cheats and shortcuts to make sure you have a delicious meal in no time, and for every occasion!

Here are 6 mouth-watering things to get you excited for Siba’s Table Fast Feasts:

1. You can expect fresh new trends that showcase Cape Town.

2. We’ll not only see more of Brian and her two boys, Lonwabo and little Linamandla, but more of Siba’s friends interacting in the show.

3. The recipes used make use of store bought, ready made products enhanced in unique ways to make the dish look like it was made from scratch!

4. A food processor and a sharp chef’s knife are Siba’s two 'must haves' in the kitchen.

5. You haven’t lived until you’ve tried the Baba Ganoush all the way from Dubai.

Siba’s Table Fast Feast premieres on the Food Network Channel (Channel 175 on DSTV) on Thursday, 12 March at 21:00 and will air every Thursday after that.
