Cape Town – Katy Perry was the half time performer at the Super Bowl on Sunday, and as expected she totally nailed it!
Not only was she joined by Lenny Kravitz to sing I Kissed a Girl, but the California Dreams singer was also joined on stage by Missy Eliot, who did a medley of three songs.
Appreciating the hard work and preparation to pull the show off, we spotted 6 important things Katy did leading up to the big day…
1. Taking the cover of ESPN magazine
Showing us that she is not only good at singing, Katy featured on the cover of ESPN magazine.
2. Working the cover of Billboard magazine
The Birthday singer also sexed up the cover of Billboard magazine to promote the Super Bowl.
3. The press conference
Keeping up with appearances, Katy looked super amped at the press conference.

Amongst her busy schedule, she even made time to play with her cute little puppy.

Filled with Super Bowl fever, Katy had her nails done fit for the occasion.

To make sure she would look extra good, Katy finished her Super Bowl preparation off with a cleansing face mask.
