Boer marries his vrou after meeting her on TV show

Cape Town - Seems like you can find love on reality TV.

Or that’s at least what happened to Gerrie and Carna Rossouw who got hitched last weekend after meeting each other on the popular kykNET show, Boer Soek ‘n Vrou.

Cupid’s arrow struck during the 2014 season of the locally produced version of the international Farmer Wants a Wife series.

The show also has a Dutch version named Boer Zoekt Vrouw.

The couple got hitched on a horse farm in Bothaville and is currently honeymooning on the West Coast.
