Cape Town - Charlene Wittstock speaks to South Africa from her new home - the Prince's Palace of Monaco.
The 33-year-old former Olympic swimmer sat down with Top Billing and presenter Jo-Ann Strauss during the Monaco Grand Prix for a one-on-one interview which took place at the palace.
The insert will be screened on SABC3 on Tuesday June 14 at 19:30.
Catching up
Strauss commented on the interview, saying: "Having known Charlene for a few years, it felt like catching up with a friend who is going on a life-changing journey.
"She's so proudly South African. We chatted about braais, rugby and the open spaces of our country which she loves!"
Wittstock was born in Buluwayo, Zimbabwe and raised in Benoni.
Wittstock is to marry Albert II, Prince of Monaco on July 2 at the Prince's Palace. The couple have been together since 2006.
SABC3 will air the Royal Monaco Wedding on July 2 from 15:30 until 20:30.
