Los Angeles - The popular musical series Glee will be going on hiatus to decide what to do with Cory Monteith's character Finn, who apparently had a big story line in the upcoming season, acccording to In Touch Weekly.
Filming for season 5 was supposed to start at the end of this month, with an airing date on 19 September, but New York Daily News reported that production will potentially be on hold for a month, with a new airing date somewhere in November.
In the last season, Finn was appointed as the new mentor to the Glee club after he graduated, but in the last few episodes he had a falling out with Glee coach Mr Shue and quit to go to college, but they made up. Finn doesn't appear in the last three episodes of the season, because around this time Monteith checked himself into rehab and was unable to finish shooting.
Another worry about the next season is whether or not Monteith's on-screen romantic interest and real life girlfriend Lea Michele will be able to continue with the shooting without Monteith, whose character many assume will die in the series as a homage to the fallen star.
