Cape Town – Isidingo star Don Mlangeni, who plays Zeb Matabane on the popular SABC3 soap, has reportedly been fired for refusing to endorse a bank, The Daily Sun reported.
According to iol, Mlangeni was fired after he refused to endorse a bank in his script. A source close to the show says the bosses are unhappy with Mlangeni as he skipped over the name of the bank while they were filming.
Other sources claim Mlangeni feels used as he is not receiving additional money for endorsing the bank.
Mlangeni is expected to meet with the SABC's general manager and the bank in question and said that he will handle this himself as it is a personal matter.
