Cape Town - President Jacob Zuma wants you to watch TV tonight.
The president took to his Twitter account on Friday to punt a new sitcom.
He wrote: "I encourage you all to tune into channel 107 Tonight on dstv at 7pm for a new sitcom 'it's for life' it promises to be great #itsforlife (sic)"
It's For Life premieres on Mzansi Magic (107) on DStv on Friday. The sitcom stars the president's daughters Gugulethu and Nokuthula Zuma.
One of the president's Twitter followers replied: "@SAPresident did you get paid to tweet that by DStv?"
Gugulethu is no stranger to television. She has had a recurring role on the SABC3 soap Isidingo.
The show revolves around four 20-something girls who find a squatter living in their house who they can't seem to get rid of.
