Jessie J quits The Voice - reports

Los Angeles - Jessie J has reportedly quit The Voice.

The Domino  hitmaker is not planning to return for a second series of the talent show as her forthcoming UK tour will clash with filming dates.

However, insiders claim she will not be missed after angering programme staff with her huge entourage, refusal to do publicity and admission she didn't watch the show.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper:

"Jessie J is only young. I hope in a few years she looks back on the way she behaved during the show and cringes."

Wants to stay

Meanwhile, despite claims Sir Tom Jones - whose contestant Leanne Mitchell won the show - will also depart the programme, he insists he wants to stay, but only if he is happy with his fellow coaches.

He told TV host Rob Brydon: "I think I will do another series. We are talking about it now. But there are a couple of things that need to be ironed out.

"One of the things I said I need to know is who the other coaches are, because I don't want to be sitting there with somebody I don't admire or particularly like... there are a few of them!"

Fellow coaches Will.i.am and Danny O'Donoghue are expected to return for a second series.
