Johannesburg - Two television reality shows are scouring for appropriate talent in Gauteng this weekend.
Couples who believe that their love can win them big money - and who are willing to prove that by living in a luxurious villa in Cape Town while all kinds of challenges are thrown at them – can enter M-Net's next big blockbuster show, Power Couple tomorrow.
Then, on Sunday, those who believe that they're South Africa's next singing sensation should head to Carnival City for the Idols SA Season 11 auditions.
"Both these shows have attracted an amazing response across the country since auditions started, and we're excited to meet all the people who might just become household names soon this weekend," says M-Net's Head of Publicity, Lani Lombard. "This is also your last chance to become part of these shows, so don't let the opportunity slip by."
Auditions for Power Couple will take place on Saturday, 28 February at the Indaba Hotel, Fourways. Doors open at 07:30am. All you need to bring is your ID documents, and remember, you have to be 21 years of age or older to enter.
Idols auditions will commence on Sunday, 1 March at Carnival City in the East of Johannesburg. Contestants but bring their ID documents with them, and must be between the ages of 16 and 30. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.
