Name revealed of Jeremy Clarkson's new car show

Los Angeles - Jeremy Clarkson's new motoring show may be titled Gear Knobs.

The former Top Gear presenter was sacked from the BBC after punching a producer in a row over steak and is heading an as yet unnamed show on Amazon Prime alongside Richard Hammond and James May.

However, Buzzfeed reports that the term "Gear Knobs" and "Gear Nobs" have been registered with the Intellectual Property Office in relation to broadcast, publishing as well as merchandise, prompting speculation this could be the chosen name.

Meanwhile, Richard, 45, previously revealed he knew he was going to quit Top Gear almost instantly after Jeremy was sacked from the show.

He said: ''It all became a bit obvious past a certain point, you know, we do what we do and for whatever reason and whether you agree or not there are those that think we do it quite well, so it became obvious and I thought, well if we're going to carry on doing that, we'll do it together.''

The new show is scheduled to premiere on the online streaming service in 2016 and the trio couldn't be more thrilled.
Jeremy said at the time: "I feel like I've climbed out of a bi-plane and into a spaceship."

Whilst cracking a joke as usual, Richard added: "Amazon? Oh yes. I have already been there. I got bitten by a bullet ant."
