Police storm actor’s house after suspected suicide report

Los Angeles – A day after audio was leaked online in which 7th Heaven actor Stephen Collins confesses to child molestation, police stormed the actor’s house in Tarzana.

The LAPD rushed to the home of the actor responding to claims that the actor had committed suicide.

According to The Hollywood Reporter police reacted to reports of a loud bang with neighbours fearing that the actor had attempted suicide.

However, upon arrival the police found that the actor was not at home and that there was no evidence of a gunshot.

Donna D'Erric, neighbour and former Baywatch star, tweeted that the actor had shot himself and posted a picture of the police at the scene.

She later tweeted an apology saying that she was only relaying what neighbours had told her.

Collins has resigned from his position on the Screen Actors Guild Board and he has also been cut from the sequel of Ted 2.

Meanwhile Collins’s TV family have come out in support of the actor.

The DailyMail reported that his TV wife Catherine Hicks called the actor a "good guy".
