Cape Town – Tributes continued to pour in on Monday for Top Billing presenter Simba Mhere and best friend, Kady-Shay O'Bryan, who died in a horror car accident at the weekend.
According to TimesLive, emergency services spokesperson Nana Radebe reported that the pair, who were en route to the J&B Met in Cape Town, suffered multiple fractures and severe head injuries and were killed instantly.
The blogger, journalist and mom of a three-year old, and Mhere, were inseparable. The two were often seen at functions together, sparking speculation of a budding romance.
Friends and family have taken to social media to share tributes and condolences.
Norman Adriaan Wessels, the father of Kady-Shay's daughter, posted this heart-warming tribute to her on Facebook.
"Thank you very much for all the messages. I am sorry for everyone's loss...... for my child, I grieve the most for your tragic loss. No one deserves to lose this kind of mother’s love. I will help you carry it in your little heart. You are the best of both of us."
