Featuring the leading lady Elizabeth, played by Lady Gaga, as the queen of the hotel while four twins stare into the camera, the trailer sets the tone for the upcoming fifth season of AHS.
Meanwhile, Sarah Paulson can be seen as the prostitute and murderer Hypodermic Sally as she stitches someone (or something) into a mattress.
AHS: Hotel starts on US screens on Wednesday 7 October 2015.
