FIRST LOOK: The Fuller House teaser is here!

Cape Town -  We recently reported that John Stamos aka Uncle Jesse would produce and appear in a 13-episode reboot of the sitcom Full House for Netflix.

And it is finally here... well kind of.

Netflix released the first trailer for Fuller House which has sent everyone in nostalgic overdrive.

While its iconic theme song is missing there are subtle throwbacks to the original sitcom: the shot of the Golden Gate bridge, that cute dog and even the title font.

In the spin-off  DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron-Bure) is a recently widowed mother of three. Her sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) move in to help her take care of her three kids.

The rest of the clan: John Stamos (Jesse Katsopolis), Bob Saget (Danny Tanner), Dave Coulier (Joey Gladstone), Lori Loughlin (Becky Katsopolis) and Scott Weinger (Steve Hale) will also make appearances. 

The 13-episode series will be available on Netflix in February 2016.
