Hakeem Kae-Kazim cast as Zeus in new BBC drama

Cape Town - Hakeem Kae-Kazim has been cast as Zeus in the upcoming Netflix/BBC drama Troy: Fall of a City. 

The series which is currently being filmed right here in The Mother City is based on the Trojan War and the love affair between Paris and Helen. (Read more here)

According to Variety Hakeem will be in most of the eight episodes. 

Other cast members include: Louis Hunter, Christian Schoombie, David Gysai, Lex King and Bella Dayne.

The British-Nigerian born actor has an impressive list of credits to his name. He has starred in Black Sails, Criminal Minds, Gotham and feature films Hotel Rwanda and Pirates of the Caribbean.
