Keeping it casual in Hillside

Johannesburg - "As South Africans, we need to embark on a journey where we learn about other people and not be uncomfortable about people being different," says singer KB Motsilanyane. 

She plays lawyer Lesedi Moloi on 7de Laan and on Friday 1 September, the cast and crew will be celebrating Casual Day with special guests. 

Casual Day 2017's theme is solidarity with persons with disabilities and celebrating the differences between people. Meeting with a team from the National Council Of Persons With Disabilities helped the stars better understand the plight of those living with these restrictions.

KB adds that "their visit opened eyes and taught us. We found out that we are not that different from each other. That there are commonalities. That is why I will be celebrating diversity with the rest of the cast and crew of 7de Laan this September 1 – and with South Africa".
