Johannesburg - Organising a wedding can be a nightmare - or a fairytale, depending on how you do it. So do you fancy showing your big day and the events leading up to it to the whole of South Africa? If so, then M-Net (DStv channel 101) is looking for you (and your better half).
The channel has commissioned a new wedding reality show which will be screened on Sunday evenings to showcase uniquely South African weddings. Even though the name of the show and further details will be revealed at a later stage, engaged couples (over 18, of course) whose wedding bells will ring between 1 January and 31 May 2017 can now put their names forward to be considered for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
“Wedding shows are currently extremely popular throughout the world and even though there are some local versions, this one will have a distinct M-Net 101 touch, as you would expect from the home of blockbuster, pioneering television,” says M-Net’s Head of Publicity, Lani Lombard.
