Cape Town – Outlander is the latest series to head on over to our shores to film.
The Starz hit show in which a nurse time travels between 1945 and 1743 is the second production from the studio to pitch its tent here.
Black Sails was filmed exclusively in South Africa.
During an interview with GoldDerby the lead actress Caitriona Balfe revealed the news.
"Jamaica in the books is going to South Africa in Outlander world. We'll be filming in South Africa next year," she said.

Filming for season three is already underway in Scotland.

We're not sure exactly when they'll start filming but we'll keep our eyes peeled!
The hit show has also been renewed for a fourth season.
