Sad tale of a killer whale

Johannesburg - Rated one of the best documentaries by movie and TV website Rotten Tomatoes, Blackfish is a riveting and disturbing look at the complex tale of Tilikum, an orca who killed his trainer at US theme park SeaWorld.

Since its release, the public has called for a boycott of SeaWorld and an end to killer whale captivity, which is shown to be an astoundingly cruel, dangerous practice.
