Sony Max takes it back to the beach with Baywatch

2015-12-18 18:00

Johannesburg - Summer is synonymous with the beach.

This December Sony Max takes you back in time to a place where speedos, mullets and maintaining the perfect beach run is a necessity.

Baywatch is back with the first season and will be broadcast on Sony Max (DStv Channel 128) from Monday, 7 December at 20:00.

For a generation of global  television viewers, Baywatch offered an hour of sunny escapism and sandy melodrama while transporting viewers to the glittering Californian coast.

“Audiences loved Baywatch. They laughed at it but they still loved it. It made television history and I am proud to have been part of it,” says David Hasselhoff.
