WATCH: Kim Kardashian West exposes Taylor Swift

Los Angeles - Kim Kardashian West has blasted Taylor Swift for "playing the victim".

Kim's husband Kanye West has been locked in a bitter feud with Taylor over his song Famous, which contains the lyrics "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex", but Kim insists Taylor approved the song and hit out at the star for slamming it.

Speaking in an upcoming episode of E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim referred to a recent GQ interview where she slammed Taylor and said: "I never talk shit about anyone publicly, especially in interviews. But I was just like I had so had it. I just felt like I wanted to defend him in it because it's like, she legitimately said, 'As soon as I get on that Grammy red carpet I'm gonna tell all the press. Like I was in on it.'

"And you know just another way to play the victim. It definitely got her a lot of attention the first time. I just don't think he should be punished for it still to this day."

Kanye and Taylor had previously publicly feuded after he interrupted her during her MTV VMA Awards acceptance speech in 2009 to declare that Beyonce should have won.

And Kim insisted she is sick of people hitting out at her husband for being honest.

She said: "I feel like I've had it with people blatantly treating my husband a certain way, making him look a certain way. Kanye is always so honest and speaks his mind. And you know, when we were first dating, people would always talk shit and he always had my back. At this point, I really don't give a fuck so I'll do whatever to protect my husband."
