Cape Town – Cait McWilliams was just crowned the best amateur baker in the land.
After a gruelling season of baking the 19-year-old won the second season of The Great South African Bake Off.
While the show only ended this week the season wrapped filming in September.
Keeping her win a secret was very hard for Cait.
"It's been very hard not talking about it but also at the same time quiet fun," she says.
Cait plans on going to chef school next year to follow her dream of becoming a pastry chef.
