Tol Ass Mo is known for making people funny.
But the joke was on him when was arrested after a charge was laid against him by a white man who had allegedly called him the k-word in Melville back in August. The star faced a charge of intimidation and even appeared in the Newlands Magistrates Court, according to Daily Sun.
Mo told the the case was dropped after he told his side of the story in court. But a police officer said the comedian was released on R1000 bail and was due back in court.
Tol Ass Mo explained that he was withdrawing money at an ATM when a man lost his temper.
He said: "My car was parked in front of the ATM and my wife was sitting in the car while I was withdrawing the money. He was struggling to get past my car and started swearing at my wife. I rushed to the car to see if she was alright and as I was about to drive off, he called me the k-word. I hit the brakes, got out of the car and manhandled him."
We guess this was another case of 'he said, she said'.
The two reached an agreement and the matter was settled out of court.
