Johannesburg - On Sunday morning die-hard AKA fans were left shocked by a Facebook post, which included images of a mangled car, claiming that the hip hop star had died. (Read that story here)
Shortly after the post went viral, AKA took to Twitter to confirm that he was still alive, but didn't comment further on the fake reports.
But it seems like after he's had some time to process things, he wants fans to know how he feels about the rumours.
AKA took to Twitter where he revealed that he's accepted that "people don't think me and my family are human with real feelings."
Here's what AKA has to say...
I think dying in facebook is quite funny, however my family who saw it and took it seriously .... Do not.

I've long made peace with people not viewing myself or my family as actual people, with actual feelings.

Anyways, I'm working hard on new music. Can't wait to drop it, just as much as you can't wait to hear it. I feel your pain. #??????
