AKA and Cassper to slug it out at the AFRIMMA awards

Johannesburg - AKA and Cassper Nyovest are set to take their war away from Twitter and onto the awards stage when the rappers slug it out at the African Muzik Magazine Awards in October .

The rappers both lead the South African delegation to the awards, with four nominations each.

AKA will be contesting the Best Collaboration and Best Music Video awards, while Cassper will represent Mzansi in the Best Song and Artist of the Year categories.

The pair will come face-to-face in the Best Hip Hop and Best Male categories.

Other South Africans on the nomination list include: Bucie, Black Motion, Donald, Busiswa and the Soweto Gospel Choir.
