Looking for your big break into the music industry? Well, you might just be in luck, as an opportunity to become AKA's DJ has opened up. The rapper announced on Twitter that he is looking for a new DJ after firing DJ Fanatic.
He wrote: "If you know anyone in the JHB area who you think would be a great fit as my DJ, let them know we having auditions this coming week."
It is still not clear why Fanatic, who's been working as the rapper's official tour DJ, was fired. We discovered that they have parted ways after AKA announced the news on Twitter. He tweeted: "Just had to fire my DJ... And best friend."
He said he's not going into details and added: "I'm just gonna say that I wish my brother good luck and that I'll always have his back no matter what." The Run Jozi hitmaker also mentioned that this was one of the most difficult and heartbreaking decisions he's ever had to make.
Audition details have not been revealed yet.
