Beyoncé and Jay Z being sued?

It's been reported that Beyoncé and Jay Z are being sued by a Hungarian singer.

According to E!Online, the singer claims that the duo's voices are not the only ones on their hit track 'Drunk in Love'

Mónika Juhász Miczura aka Mitsou claims that Jay, Bey and their producers sampled and digitally maipulated her vocals from a 1995 Roma folk song without her permission and without giving her any credit.

The singer also claims that her voice features for 1.5 minutes of the song. She's now claiming damages for the "irreparable harm and emotional distress" they've caused.

Beyonce and Jay Z are yet to comment on the matter.
