Black Coffee denies Def Jam signing

Johannesburg - The music industry has been in a tizz with news that DJ Black Coffee was on the brink of singing a major deal with Def Jam.

It all started out as a rumour, and soon enough, media caught on and went with the story.

But the man himself has put an end to the speculation, saying that it's not true. Not that it matters. 

Our guy is busy with his new album and we have a feeling it's going to be big.

So, with or without Def Jam, Black Coffee maintains those levels.

Touchdown Jhb.....and the news are....I'm signed to Def Jam???????? Smh.
