Boity Thulo shows off her chiseled bod

Johannesburg- We all know that Summer bodies are made in Winter. 

But how many of us really take this seriously, and choose the gym over popcorn on the couch? 

Well, Boity's definitely been living up to the statement. 

The TV and radio personality has been hard at work on her Summer body, and we have to say that she's looking all kinds of HOT. 

She's even got a six pack on the way! 

If you want to be ready for Summer too, here's some of Boity's tips...

Because everyone deserves a gym buddy...I'm wearing mine. Hehe! You guys know I never do the #sexybodymissions without sharing some tips. I’ve been working out a lot using my favourite new discovery EVER - the #thermosculpt by @amodernprincess. My tummy is the smallest it's been in awhile and the results started to show the very first time I used it. CAUTION: keep a towel handy, your midsection will sweat a lot!
