Johannesburg - Ever since DJ Zinhle wrote an open letter on her blog, MomentsByDJZinhle, accusing Bonang Matheba of having an affair with her man, AKA, it was really only a matter of time before the two came face-to-face at an entertainment related event.
And that moment was last night at the Johannesburg opening of H&M in Sandton City.
Before the event kicked off, Bonang made it to the trends list on Twitter after posting a picture of the box carrying the logo of the Balmain range. In the caption she wrote: "Thank you for the goodies H&M South Africa... Bae and I are obsessed."
Coincidentally, AKA also posted a snap on the social network hinting at a gift from a mysterious bae. "My outfit on some this ain't out yet. Sponsored by bae."

Twitter sleuths immediately put two and two together, speculating that the couple would make their relationship official.
But it was not to be. The Juice was there and despite all of the speculation surrounding the pair, Bonang walked into the event (very late) with bestie Somizi on hand.
Here's a timeline of what happened:
18:30 Red carpet opens
18:45 Celebrities start walking in
19:00 The store is officially opened to members of the public and invited guests
19:20 Still no sign of Bonang
19:30 Zinhle is the DJ for the night and big screen TV's showing her dancing behind the decks are all over
19:40 We ask an organiser if Bonang is still coming. We're told there have been "issues".
19:49 Bonang races into the event with Somizi on hand. She stops for not even a minute to take pictures at the allocated area and moves off.

20:00 It's a big crowd and Bonang and Somizi disappear.
20:10 DJ Zinhle is happily playing the decks and dancing, having the best time.

20:20 We overhear one of the organisers telling Bonang; "We're so sorry about the Zinhle thing. Are you okay?" Bonang smiles, says yes, and walks away.
20:30 Bonang is now five metres away from Zinhle. Zinhle is to the left and Bonang is to the right, trying to make her way through fans who are asking for pictures.
20:35 Bonang tells us she is making her way home, but is seen five minutes later on the other side of the store.
At the time of leaving the venue, there was no sign of AKA, although his bestie DA L.E.S was there towards the end of the evening. To be fair, Somizi could have been 'bae' since he was wearing pink shoes to match B's dress. #JustSaying
