Brickz gets a second chance

Brickz is still in the middle of a nasty rape case. The kwaito star, who's been accused of raping his baby mama's niece, has now been allowed to see his child whenever he wants.

Sunday Sun is reporting that his baby mama is the one who encouraged her niece to open a case against Brickz.

The Tjovitjo singer told the paper that for the first time, the two families have entered into an agreement. They reportedly agreed that he's entitled to raise his daughter despite being accused of rape.

"As families, we’ve been discussing how to deal with the issue of the child, as I also need to contribute towards her growth as her dad. We came to a conclusion that I can see my daughter whenever I want to. This was a mutual agreement between us as parents to do what is best for the child." He made it clear that this doesn't mean he's back with his baby mama.

He told Sunday Sun: "We're not back together but we’re the parents of our child. She normally comes to my home in Soweto to drop my daughter off as per our agreement. I should point out though that this has nothing to do with my case. As far as the case is concerned, I’m fully cooperative with the law and the truth will eventually come out."

He told the paper that he is now focusing on his case and his career. "I still love her big time but right now we're focusing on raising our child together. When this case is finally over, I'll decide what my next step will be. But I really appreciate the mutual agreement we reached when it comes to our child."
