Johannesburg - Sorry gents, sister Ribs is taken!
Rebecca Malope has always been shy to talk about her private life, never really confirming whether she was in fact married or "single and slaying."
The Juice reported on how the gospel legend was engaged and in no rush to get married (read more about that here) but it seems Ma Ribs was pulling a fast one on us all!
She has revealed, in a chat to Move! recently, that not only is she actually married, but she has been for 8 years!
"I'm happily married to Themba Tshabalala. We have been married for eight years now," she reveals.
Rebecca says that Mr Tshabalala is not in the entertainment industry, but he's actually just a really nice guy, and even the kids agree!
"He is a very kind and loving person. They (the kids) demanded to see him and they loved him and he likes them too," Ribs says.
Now we'll wait another eight years to see their wedding snaps...
