Cassper Nyovest on Boity Thulo: 'We are friends. Close friends'

Johannesburg - Cassper Nyovest and Boity Thulo's relationship is something they obviously refuse to define.

Just two weeks ago, we told you how things were heating up between the pair. You know, all those public posts obviously pointed us to a renewed romance. (Read that story here)

Now Cassper has spoken out about his 'friend' saying she's always there for him. "We were dating when we were kids, and she's been in my life since I was probably 14-years-old. So she's still in my life right now," he told Drum magazine. 

Although he says they are 'friends, really close friends,' he did go on to add, "We've had a friendship, or some kind of relationship, for a very long time so I don't see why it wouldn't continue."

He also spoke about how he learns from her. "I appreciate her looks. But as much as she's pretty, that's not all I see in her as a friend. She's so spiritual and reads so much. That's why I like hanging around her."
