Cassper to sue radio personality

Oi.

Cassper Nyovest has threatened legal action against a North West radio personality for allegedly spreading lies about him.

The rapper, who is currently on holiday because he's 'fatigued' after a hectic few months, posted a mini-statement on Facebook.

Cassper told his fans that he was very "frustrated" and "disgusted" to hear that well-known radio DJ Douglas Mosadi apparently spoke badly of him live on air.

The DJ allegedly told listeners that Cassper had refused to do a radio interview on Motsweding FM because he can't speak Setswana.

"Attention Batswana and other people of the North West Province!!! I just got a call from management on my personal line telling me of the commotion at home due to Radio Presenter Douglas Mosadi Spreading lies about me saying I denied to do an interview on Motsweding FM a cause apparently ha ke itsi go bua Setswana," he wrote.

Cassper added that the entire story was made up. "The whole story is made up as I have never even denied any interview and I am disgusted by the story as I have never even spoken to Douglas in 4 months. I am on holiday as I type this because I have been fatigued. I am sooo disappointed by this as bo abuti Douglas are people we should be looking up to now his going out of his way to lie about me and damage my name. I will be taking legal action and sorry for the lies that was spread. It’s not true at all," he explained.
