Comedian Kenneth Nkosi arrested for drinking in public

Kenneth Nkosi was reportedly arrested for drinking in public at the Macufe Music Festival in Bloemfontein over the weekend.

Daily Sun reported that the comedian, who's also known for starring in movies like White Wedding and Mad Buddies, fought with police and swore at them after refusing to give them his name.

Police Captain Chaka Marope said confirmed the incident. The comedian, who was detained for 18 hours, was later released on a warning.
