Confusion over Vuyo Dabula's Generations exit

Johannesburg- Generations:The Legacy fans were left shocked after the soapie's producers revealed that Vuyo Dabula would be leaving the show. 

The announcement was first made six weeks ago. (Read that story here) 

Ever since then, there's been conflicting reports on the actor's exit from the soapie. 

A few weeks ago The Juice reliably learnt that Vuyo had made a surprise u-turn, and won't be leaving the soapie after all. (Read that story here)   

At the time Generations:The Legacy publicist, Gaaratwe Mokhethi would neither confirm or deny the news, saying that they wanted to "keep viewers intrigued." 

Vuyo's exit came into the spotlight once again, after he was quoted in various publications that it was just a rumour and that he is leaving the soapie. 

However, our source has revealed that Vuyo is contractually obligated and that it's the soapie's intention to "surprise fans." 

"I know for a fact that Vuyo is not leaving the soapie. I have seen the signed contract myself, and I'm sticking to my word on this. Just wait and watch, I guarantee that he will be on the soapie for a while," our source said.
