Cray cray Amanda claims she's engaged and wants to have kids

Man, Amanda Bynes is flippin cray cray! Now she says she's engaged and wants to have babies!

The child star has reportedly been off her meds  and we hate to say, but it's kind of showing. She's apparently engaged to her 19 year old boyfriend Caleb even though she hates everyone- especially men!

"I am very needy for friendship and I hate men. I want to f*ck them, but I can now say I'm engaged, I want to be married and I want to be away from people," she told InTouch magazine US.

The disturbed star says she can't wait to get married and move to New York so she can ride her bike (because the lighting in the car is "very bad" and  makes her look horrible) and have loads of kids! ... Just not girl childs!

"I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don't want a gorgeous girl around. Then I would feel way jealous. Ew," she told the mag.
