Johannesburg- Former Jozi FM presenter Donald Sebolai, popularly known as 'DJ Donald Duck', will soon know his fate, as judgement proceedings get underway at the South Gauteng High Court in Palm Ridge.
The former radio personality has been standing trial since June for the killing of his girlfriend, Dolly Tshabalala at her Soweto flat in June last year.
The DJ has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder. The former radio personality claims that he was trying to disarm Dolly during an argument when she was stabbed.
Over the past five months, the court has heard evidence from the prosecution and the defence about Donald and Dolly's turbulent relationship.
Witnesses have given testimony to the events that led up to the night Dolly was killed.
During his testimony Donald described intricate details of their romance, telling the court "it was love at first sight" for him.
Court gets underway around 9.30 am on today.
