DJ Mahoota: All is well in the Kalawa Jazmee camp

Johannesburg- Just last week it was reported that Kalawa Jazmee big wig, DJ Mahoota isn't very popular among the stable's artists. 

Earlier this year, it was revealed that Winnie Khumalo had left the stable on bad terms and then it emerged that kwaito star Professor wasn't impressed with the way Mahoota marketed his album. (Read that story here)

But Mahoota has rubbished the claims.

"I don't know why people think things aren't great with me and the artists at Kalawa - we all get along and we'll keep releasing hits," he told Sunday Sun. 

Mahoota also labelled the rumours that Winnie had left on bad terms is nonsense. 

"We believe in giving artists the freedom they deserve. Winnie is my friend and we've stayed in contact. She told us she wanted to leave and pursue her career independently and we support her move," he added.
