DJ Tira offers support to 'down and out' ex-wife

Johannesburg - She may have all but disappeared from the limelight after her public divorce from DJ Tira in 2009, but Lale Ngcobo has been found and she's not doing too well.

According to Move, friends and sources have tracked Tira's ex-wife to a bar in Richards Bay, KZN, where she now works as a bar manager.

But while many laugh at her fall from riches to rags, and make remarks about her daily struggles to keep her head above water, Lale has found an unlikely ally in her ex-hubby.

Lahle told the magazine she just wants to "live an ordinary life" but Tira says he's more than willing to help her out if she needs it. 

Tira told the magazine: "It's sad to hear such news. It's really sad and it is the first time I'm hearing of that."

"As much as we were married, I still care and will always be willing to help if she asks for my help."

Not that we think she'll take it. She'll probably give him a look like...
