Did you know Zola wrote his own Ayeye character?

In case you missed it, Zola made a TV comeback when he took on the role of Isaac on the popular Vuzu Amp series, Ayeye. And it turns out, he actually wrote and created his own character...

“Isaac was written by me into the story, even the name Isaac,” he revealed on V Entertainment. He went on to reassure us that he's not doing this for the glitz, glam, fame and everything else one would want to get into TV for. “I’m at a point where I care about these kids going to school, if shoes are being bought and school uniform is provided. I’ve slept in every hotel, I’ve been to Hollywood and we brought an Oscar and stuff. I don’t give a sh*t about that anymore. People don’t even know how much an Oscar weighs, I do. That doesn’t matter anymore. I’ve seen bling,” he said.

Way to go, Zola!
