Dineo Moeketsi: "I was on the verge of quitting on my dream"

Dineo Moeketsi has just wrapped her Golden Highway movie shoot. After doing her last scene, the TV presenter took to Instagram to reflect on her journey as an actress. She shared that she's always visualised being a leading actress and that she cried when her dream came true.

"I was on the verge of quitting on my dream. Life brings you through these encounters that make you think you should walk away, meanwhile you are being equipped with all you need for your blessing on the horizon. The dungeon isn't your destination, it is where you build your muscle for your journey. It's so easy to give up when all you see is closed doors and obstacles with no trace of hope, but if you knew the gigantic abundance of blessings ahead, the pain would be but an extra in your blockbuster of the movie about your life," she said.

Dineo added that she's grateful to the entire cast, crew and production team for being present and beckoning her towards greatness. "I'm most grateful to Adze Ugah, the director of #GoldenHighway, for pushing me to do better, for nurturing my talent through every step of the way, for constantly reassuring me that all that I did was more than good enough. It is through this experience that I witnessed God showing up and showing off."
